Architecting REST API for Debit Card modernization. Using Java Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and Apache Kafka.

Full Stack Software Engineer

Full stack developer working with a Java Spring monolith, with JSP and a custom Javascript framework. The app is highly configurable, and there was considerable effort to increase user input validation, sane defaults, and lots of unit and integration testing. There were many performance improvements over the years from simple caching techniques, and utilizing a Redis instance.
